Role Synopsis
Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for overall facility coordination. They will be working with vendors and facility management personnel while overseeing general facilities maintenance. They also will approve vendor invoices and track them using SAP and handle special projects as assigned. This is a career that offers great opportunity for advancement and won't require sitting behind a desk every day doing the same tasks repetitively. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Oversee coordination of facilities maintenance
  • Approve vendor invoices and enter and track invoices in SAP
  • Work with internal clients and outside vendors and contractors to ensure facilities are operational
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Manage & update drawings

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of facilities experience required
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Basic knowledge of building upkeep required
  • Must have strong MS Office skills

Desired/Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP familiarity preferred, but not required
  • Experience in construction or maintenance of facilities preferred
  • Invoicing, accounting, budgets and/or P&L experience a plus
  • Experience working with vendors/contractors preferred
