Role Synopsis
At Baker Hughes, the Field Specialist is required to assist and support Liner Hanger field operation services for customers onshore/offshore.
He's also required to support well planning and job preparation in warehouse, leading warehouse tool dressers during tool selection & redress, assembly and stab in process.
Responsibilities
Under direct supervision participates in structured, on-the-job learning activities in the Wellbore Construction Group.
Learns process to prepare tools for rig site delivery and documented setting and retrieval methods.
Develops and applies skills required to run less complex applications without supervision at the well site.
Accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job.
Conducts all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Qualifications / Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Some exposure and practical knowledge of working within a field services / operations environment.
Computer Literacy
Flexible Approach (willing to travel)
Good communicational skills (English - written & oral)

Liner Hanger or completion tools field experience
