Partnering with our client, we are currently searching for a Senior Piping Designer.

Responsibilities:

• Provide design and construction drawings at the direction of a Senior Designer or Designer and demonstrate good AUTOCAD skills.
• Work with production, steam, gas, and water systems.
• Provide detailed project design from conception through completion.
• Provide development of P&ID's, construction plans, equipment layouts, plot plans, piping routings, pipe support design, piping isometrics, field mapping, and system schematics.
• Have a working knowledge of related design disciplines, work within piping codes and standards, piping specifications and regulations.
• Develop designs to have a minimal effect on the environment, and be within safety in design standards.

Essentials:

• Eligible to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, be self motivated, handle multiple projects, work well with diverse work groups, and must have good communication and coordination skills with other design personnel and customers.
• Work closely with the Project Engineers and construction representatives during all phases of a project.
• Ability to check and review drawings.
• Field walk down of pipelines, plants and facilities.
• Able to take detailed field note taking, as-builting, and verification of design and drawings.
• Included is administrative aspects of managing self and project responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently to manage project responsibilities.
