Job Description:

Owner/Operator looking for:
PROJECT SYSTEMS COORDINATOR - works with Engineering manager and dotted line to interface Lead/Information Manager
Action Item Coordinator
•Support Process Safety and Risk Engineer (PS&RE)
•Manage all project assurance actions items resulting from formal meetings (SGR, PHSSER, HAZOP, HAZID, Peer review, etc) to completion
•Ensure data quality and consistency in completed actions items in the Project Management Control System (PMCS) Action Tracking module
•Facilitate recurring assurance meetings
Interface Coordinator
•Support Interface Lead
•Coordination of interface process developed by Interface Lead and highlight any areas of concern to the Interface Lead for communication to the Leadership Team
•Manages quality of the data contained within the interface tracking tools to ensure interface identification and resolution are clearly communicated
•Facilitate interface meetings across BP delivery lines and between
MoC Coordinator
•Support MoC (Lead)
•Coordinate with cost engineers, planners, SMEs, Delivery Line Managers for appropriate MoC development
•Ensure development and implementation of Changes in PMCS are accurate upon completion
•Coordinate entry of MoC's into alternate systems, e.g. Bizflow when necessary
Risk Coordinator
•Support Risk (Lead)
•Act as a technical project scribe in Risk Assessment sessions
•Coordinate with risk action owners to ensure timely completion of assigned risk mitigation actions
•Coordinate with cost engineers, planners, SMEs, Delivery Line Managers for appropriate risk development
•Ensure development and management of risks with the PMCS risk module
•Coordinate entry of risk mitigation actions into alternate systems, e.g. Traction, when necessary
Systems Coordinator
•Ensure alignment between "project enabling tools" such as PMCS, Share Drive and Documentum to maintain proper project audit trails
•Role will evolve to interface with Guidance on Certification (GOC) coordinator for PMCS information hand-over to Operations
•Act as deputy Administrator in all "project enabling tools"
•Work with Project Information Manager, Interface Lead, PMCS Administrator, Risk, & Moc to develop training programs for systems integration purposes
