• Ensure the suitability to operational requirements of personnel, equipment and services
• Ensure selected equipment and system are supplied and operated within company safety, quality and environmental requirement.
• Write procedures ,guidelines and reports for equipment supply and use
• Prepare the well intervention budget
• Perform logistic plan including operational time planners: coordination equipment and operational interfaces: operational assessments(HAZOP etc)
• Follow up equipment qualifications,FAT,Integration tests if any
• Liaise with other entities for studies, engineering input and details required for preparation of well intervention programme, plans and contingencies.
• Maintain good interface with other entities (production, well performance, GSR) for the optimization of well intervention operations.
• Coordinate necessary meetings between company services providers and rig.
• Conduct HAZIP/HAZOP meetings ad workgroups
• Guarantee the accomplishment of the intervention operation in compliance with codes of practice, safety and environmental protection, all while optimizing costs and lead times
• Prepare the well intervention report capturing lessons to improve future work
• Any other work of a similar nature as many as requested by COMPANY
• Extensive experience of planning, design & supervision of well service activities including
• Experience in Drilling Engineering advantageous.
• Strong technical & HSSE skills: familiar with risk management tools & techniques + incident management.
• Fully conversant with well control criteria, equipment spec's / selection & well servicing operational practices.
• A drive for results delivery thru strengths in analysis & innovation in problem solving.
• Accomplished in coaching & leading individuals & Teams
• Possess at least a higher education Diploma (eg. HND or equivalent) but preferably a Bachelors Degree or higher in a technical or engineering subject
• 10-15yrs years experience which should includes working on Gas/Oil production platforms, Semi-Submersible's and  Jack-up / Land based drilling rigs Previous multidisciplinary Team experience
