Location: London, UK
The projects are currently in the Pre-FEED to FEED stage of development and have a need for a Lead Subsea Process Engineer to manage the process aspects in a number of areas focusing on subsea field development and offshore pipeline systems working in our office in London .
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage, review and undertake subsea process system analysis
Supervise junior process engineers and delegate work tasks.
Prepare calculations and reports in support of subsea field development
Manage development of P&ID's, PFD's, schematics etc and participate in HAZOP & other safety activities.
Supervise the design of process equipment including compressors, separators and pumps and associated fittings.
Lead/Support the development of preliminary process and operating philosophies / procedures / strategies.
Undertake support engineering to project architecture and operability (value enhancement, design improvement work)
Manage the carrying out of general maintenance and updates of project documentation (technical notes, philosophies etc
Support process evaluation and engagement of sub-contractors
Experience Required
A degree qualified engineer with a minimum of 7 years offshore oil and gas experience.
Familiarity with typical subsea developments and offshore operations including equipment, interfaces and project scheduling as an advantage.
Experience of HYSYS and Pipesim required, (an understanding of transient analysis would be an advantage)
