Job Description:
WTS Energy is seeking to hire Coordinator, Quantity Surveyor for one of its client who is an international Oil & Gas operating company. Coordinator, Quantity Surveyor will work with a team of Quantity surveyors to coordinate various departments and contractors for commercial services.

The responsibilities of Coordinator, Quantity Surveying include but are not limited to the following,
• Cost planning, estimating, cost analysis, cost-in-use studies and value management to establish a project budget
• Quantity take-off based on the architectural drawings and engineering details
• Estimates and monitors construction costs for cost database
• Prepares bill of quantities/ bill of materials and tender documents
• Ensures timely submission of cost estimates/ reports
• Reviews works of new model houses
• Coordinating work schedules, materials deliveries and other construction details with concerned contractors/ suppliers/ consultants/ designers/ procurement group

Requirements:
• Coordinator, Quantity Syrveying will have degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Quantity surveying with in Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Coordinator role or supervisory role
• Experienced in coordinating work schedules, materials deliveries and other construction details with concerned contractors/ suppliers/ consultants/ designers/ procurement group
• Computer literate (knowledge in autocad and other office applications)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and organized

More Details:
• Work schedule:Resident based job.
• Initial Contract of 12 months (Option to extend).
• For this position, preference will be given to Nigerian nationals. In case Expatriate candidate(s) are selected it is a prerequisite he/she is tasked to mentor and train a Nigerian understudy
