Job Description:
WTS Energy is seeking to hire Coordinator Project Services (Interface and Reporting) for one of its client who is an international Oil & Gas operating company. Coordinator Project Services (Interface and Reporting) will be responsible to manage all Cost, Planning and Reporting interfaces with Corporate, Senior Management and NAPIMS for a wide range of upstream oil and gas projects.

The responsibilities of Coordinator Project Services (Interface and Reporting) position include but are not limited to the following:
• Prepare cost and schedule reports for Project Managers, Senior Management and NAPIMS.
• Coordinate Monthly Facilities Leadership Team meetings and track the progress of associated action items.
• Act as Facilities departmental focal point for development and management of long term plans and integrated plans, together with the Asset Managers.
• Provide Cost and Planning inputs for TECOM's and other key meetings with NAPIMS.
• Produce cost reports and presentations suitable for management (monthly, quarterly and annually) as required, giving planned, actual and forecast costs, for all ongoing projects and contracts, in line with the agreed AFE's/WBS.
• Produce other ad-hoc reports and presentations on cost information that may be required from time to time.
• Coordinate in conjunction with PE's/PM's the preparation of the departmental annual Work Programme and Budget (WP&B) submission and reporting against the same.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of individual staff as a basis for managing their professional development and performance. In this regard, personally mentor at least one Company staff.

Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years experience in Planning and Cost Engineering positions within the oil and gas industry.
• Full capabilities in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
• Familiarity with Planning / Scheduling, as well as Cost Control/Estimating software systems required.
• Good understanding of the key activities involved in Project Management of oil and gas projects within both onshore and offshore environments.
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, monitoring and reporting project costs within a project engineering environment.

More Details:
• Initially 12 months (with optional extension)
• Work schedule: Resident based.
• For this position, preference will be given to Nigerian nationals. In case Expatriate candidate(s) are selected it is a prerequisite he/she is tasked to mentor and train a Nigerian understudy
