 WTS Energy is seeking to hire Contract Analyst for one of its client who is an international Oil & Gas operating company.
Contract Analyst will execute the strategies and follow the guidelines and frameworks for the procurement operations for Contract Management in terms of materials and services.
The responsibilities of Contract Analyst will include but are not limited to the following:
Execute the strategies and follow the guidelines and frameworks for the procurement operations for Contract Management in terms of materials and services
Implement supply chain operations for non central categories through synergistic procurement modeling, preparation of bid document package, participation in the tendering, clarification & evaluation of tenders, contract award negotiation and finalization of documentation of contract agreement
Conduct market intelligent review/ survey and update the contracting and purchasing database system
Execute any urgent & ad-hoc requirements & resolve issues through optimization of available resources, effective planning and coordination works, evaluation and elimination of business risks or exposure
Provide advisory services to users on Tendering & Contracting and share the information on assessment of market forces, strategies & directions, evaluation of business risks and exposures
Monitor vendor work performance & compliance to Contractual Terms & Conditions
Requirements:
Contract Analyst will have Degree in applied science or any relevant field
10 years of related working experience in supply chain operation in terms of materials and services required for Contract Management activities
Full capabilities in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
Good understanding of the key activities involved in Project Management of oil and gas projects within both onshore and offshore environments.
More Details:
Initially 12 months (with optional extension)
Work schedule: Resident based.
For this position, preference will be given to Nigerian nationals. In case Expatriate candidate(s) are selected it is a prerequisite he/she is tasked to mentor and train a Nigerian understudy
