Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Minimum of ten years of applicable industry experience and prefer experience working in at least three basins.
Employee must also have an advanced understanding of drilling engineering (e.g. horizontal drilling, coil tubing drilling, under balanced drilling, high performance high test (HPHT), etc.) and drilling equipment and demonstrate the competency to work at this level.
Well control certification.
Demonstrate and ensure a safe work environment.
Problem solving, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Basic computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheets, and drilling data information systems.
