• Developing target market segment strategies to meet or exceed gross margin sales.
• Driving short term and long term improvement and financial goals - assessing market conditions, forecasting and planning.
• Creating and developing business units for coal fired boiler cleaning and energy services.
• Maintaining in-depth marketplace knowledge.
• Preparing proposals and bid documents, negotiating commercial terms with clients.
• Providing leadership - empowering, selecting, coaching and retaining qualified staff to enhance business units and company goals.

• Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 - 10 years overall experience - in the operations, power, maintenance or engineering field.
• With at least 2 years experience in sales / marketing for the refining, power, petrochemical or gas processing industry.
• Working expertise in coal fired boilers and energy optimization.
• Good working proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good working experience with Adobe and ABAK accounting software.
• The ability to travel up to 35% of the time - including both domestic and international travel.
