Job Description:
The Account Manager has the ultimate responsibility for building and executing the sales strategy required to maximize revenue growth for United Safety across the entire breadth of his/her Account(s).

Should have "hunter" mentality, being flexible to new challenges and have the creative ability to seize new opportunities.

Team player with good communication skills and commitment to success through teamwork while achieving personal targets and objectives

Maintain strong client relations across customer organization from users through senior client executives.

Comfortable at a client user level as well as executives. Dependent upon location, sales territories are either allocated on a geographic basis or as named accounts.

Identify in advance of the issue of prequalification or tender enquiries, commercial opportunities for the group both within and outside existing areas of operation.

Maintains up to date information on competitor analysis and other information on major projects, existing and potential clients.

Desired Skills & Experience

    •5-10 years Oil and Gas experience either in an Upstream setting, EPC or Energy Industrial
    •Worked in the GCC region and has developed and maintained excellent relationships at senior operational and commercial levels.
    •Can Demonstrate experience in selling services
    •A demonstrable track record in the business development and implementation of business development strategies and plans.
    •Successful track record in major contractual negotiations.
    •Demonstrate good preparation and delivery of presentations to client parties.
    •Persuasive and credible.
    •International perspective.
    •Strategic thinker with ability to interpret customer needs and propose viable commercial options.
