THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Working with the Manufacturing departmental managers, this position will be a key driver for plant's lean manufacturing vision and execution of that vision. This vision will include the overall reduction of non-value added waste and thereby improving plant throughput, customer service, capital efficiency, cost and cash flow.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technology, Electrical Engineering or Technology, Industrial Engineering or Engineering
· A minimum of 5 years experience. High expertise in Lean manufacturing technology and proven record of success in implementation.
· Comfortable on shop floor and carries shop floor presence.
· This position envisions demonstrated record & ability to complete/close projects & deliver real results.
