Job Description:

Education/Experience/Training:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Technical Degree and 4+ years business or SAP configuration experience.

Skills/Knowledge:

Extensive knowledge of SAP Cost Management business processes and related system installations, conversions, interfaces and support. Ability to lead and implement continuous improvement processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Participates with end user teams/groups to identify conversion, interface and additional application requirements. Develops

functional specifications for interfaces, conversions and additional applications and participate in the development

of technical specifications. Coordinates process design in conjunction with established performance targets and

metrics across broad, complex, and tightly integrated business processes. Assists with identification of global roles,

responsibilities and organization structures. Identifies global SAP gaps and develops disposition plans. Acts as liaison

between division implementation teams, division process owners and implementation sites. Drives the application

architecture in SAP and/or heavily influences business process change. Assists in training less experienced business

analysts/configurators. Handles special projects as assigned.
