Field Service Manager - Wireline Mountain Top, PA US Land Wireline product line provides a complete range of wireline logging services for every environment, including advanced formation evaluation, production and reservoir engineering, petrophysical and geophysical data acquisition services. In addition, wireline services include perforating and completion technologies, pipe recovery, and processing and analysis of open and cased hole data. Role Synopsis Manages day to day operations and dispatches field crews to jobs for US Land Wireline Mountain Top District. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Coordinates and supervises activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support.
- Monitors daily progress of job(s) or project(s).
- Works independently under general supervision, requiring normal guidance and review.
- Provides some technical guidance and work direction to field staff.
- Handles special projects, as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 8+ years experience in oilfield operations environment including open hole wireline experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to supervise and lead others.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to use highly specialized and advanced skills, knowledge and techniques in problem recognition and solution development.
- Thorough understanding of open hole logging acquisition and interpretation.
- Thorough understanding of processes and procedures of open hole logging.
- Proficient in the use of PC's.
- Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.
