Job Description:

Job Title: Repair and Maintenance Supervisor, Oilfield Industry

US LAND PRODUCTION (Specialty Chemicals) product line provides chemical technology solutions for hydrocarbon production, transportation and processing, and also delivers pipeline integrity services. We are a leader in oil/water separation technology and in solutions to control corrosion, deposition, bacteria and H2S in producing wells and production facilities. To serve refinery and petrochemical customers, Baker Petrolite provides chemicals and technical support to enhance plant processes, improve productivity, manage water treatment, and resolve environmental issues.

LOCATION: This role can either be out of Evans or Greeley, CO

Role Synopsis:

Manages activities of maintenance area to support production in meeting their

operational activity goals.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Manages fleet of company vehicles
  • Makes recommendations on work place facility and tooling requirements
  • Planning, coordination and direction of all maintenance operations including the installation of equipment, preventative maintenance and facility/equipment repairs
  • Coordinates deliveries and supports sales team whenever possible
  • Ensures that technical staff can support business operations
  • Handles special projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oilfield Experience
  • Strong technical skills, knowledge of machinery and equipment
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to guide and direct employees
  • DOT Hazmat and Class B License
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP

Education:

· Associates or Bachelors Degree
