Role Synopsis
Baker Hughes (BHI) is currently seeking an experienced Driver for the Baker Petrolite line in the ElkHart, KS area. This position is responsible for hauling chemicals from plant site to customer location and to handle special projects, as assigned. The ability to work well and communicate well with others, in accordance with Baker Hughes policies.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Planning and scheduling of routes
Treating wells
Ensure all maintenance and regulatory requirements at met on the treating truck and the BHI facility.
Maintain inventory levels and reconcilement
Teamwork, working with fellow drivers and other BHI employees to ensure customer and team goals are met.
Following company policy and procedure with regards to performance and safety.
Maintaining a professional working relationship with Baker Hughes customers and employees
Have a good attitude for getting the job done, and show a willingness to follow safety guidelines and policy
Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Class B CDL
- Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
- Ability to work well and communicate well with others.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
Ability to be self-motivated.
Able to communicate with customers and complete routes.
Other Details
Able to work as needed.
Able to work in all conditions.
