At Baker Hughes, the purpose of this job is to

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• support for district maintenance department including but not limited to PO system management, processing accounts payable for department, including account coding and obtaining proper approvals

• orders, receives and maintains an inventory of materials and parts for the district

• completion and filing of work orders

• distribute materials and parts as needed in operation of maintenance shop

• answers and screens calls, and refers to proper personnel

• · other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• minimum of HS diploma or GED required

• strong computer skills required

• some lifting required

• Desired/Preferred Qualifications

• strong math or accounting skill preferred

• SAP knowledge and experience preferred

• previous warehousing, inventory, or parts pulling experience preferred

• forklift experience preferred
