Job Description:

Role Synopsis

At Baker Hughes, the purpose of this job is to assist in the assembly, checking and loading necessary equipment for jobs, under general supervision.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Under general supervision, receive established instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on well site activity.

Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.

Assist in performing assembly, checking and loading necessary equipment required for scheduled Perforating and other ballistic operations, Production Logging (PL) and/or other "specialty" jobs; including operations and maintenance of equipment and facility.

Work with drill crew on location to assemble and run the Perforating or other ballistic services, Production Logging (PL) and other logging services.

Provide record of such equipment and other routine assemblies as run to the Customer Representative at the well site.

May advise the Customer Representative in routine spotting and actuating such equipment.

Drive Company vehicles in a safe manner, observing all Company and government regulations and arrives at well site or other designated destination at scheduled time.

Carry out all required responsibilities safely and as described in Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals.

Perform other related duties as required.

Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must have a current and valid driver's licenses

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

Two year Technical Degree preferred.

Industry experience and product line training required.

Good functional / technical skills.

Good customer focus.

Good communication, interpersonal and team working skills.
