Job Description:

Baker Hughes is searching for a Manufacturing IT Program Manager in Claremore, Oklahoma.
 
Role Synopsis
 
The primary purpose of the Manufacturing IT Program Managers position is to identify business requirements, develop business cases, and gain business sponsors for needed systems supporting the business processes.  The position holder will seek authorization to proceed in systems delivery and develop program execution plans. The responsibilities include single point of contact for key business program leaders, establishing the virtual IT team made up of individuals and groups expected to deliver the solutions and provide support services.
 
 
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
 
 
·Become the responsible person for the manufacturing project as it relates to IT in its entirety
·Work with the business through the conceptual stage to define an overall IT scope of work
·Assemble project teams in a matrix environment, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed and develop high level and detailed schedules to ensure accurate budgets and timely completion of projects
·Project manage from concept through design, construction, deployment to close
·Define and report project cadence and status at regular intervals to business and IT management
·Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects
·Interface with both user and IT customers on technical issues
 
 
Basic Qualifications
 
·Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field
·Experience working in matrix organizations
·Communication skills both written and verbally in English and a local language
·Proficient on Microsoft Office products, EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint
Exp developing and deploying application to support manufacturing operations.
·Knowledge of principles, concepts, theories and practices of project assignment
·Strong interpersonal skills
·PMP Certification is desired
·Working Knowledge of Computer Associates Clarity a plus
Good negotiation, planning and organization skills
 
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
 
Desire someone with proven experience and success in a Fortune 500 Company with the following:
 Working knowledge of SAP & production planning modules
·Developing and implementing manufacturing planning, execution processes and systems
·Proven track record of planning and managing large IT programs
·Proven and observable leadership skills and the ability be a self-worker
·Accountability for managing executive relationships
·Previous roles in a manufacturing operations environment
·Track record of successful and high-quality results
