Job Description:
General Summary:

Provides daily support in all aspects of Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, and Quality related activities and processes.

Reports to the HSSEQ Director and assists other HSSEQ members as directed.

Essential Functions:

    1. Collect, file and manage HSSEQ related performance data.
    2. Manage web based HSSEQ data systems such as ISNetworld, PEC Premier, etc
    3. Organize and manage departmental files and reports.
    4. Assist with project tendering information.
    5. Assist with incident and non-conformity reporting, investigation, classification, tracking, and filing.
    6. Assist with organizing, scheduling, filing, and tracking of training.
    7. Assist with corrective action and non-conformity processes, as directed.
    8. Assist with subcontractor management.
    9. Record accurate meeting minutes.
    10. Facilitate meetings, as needed.
    11. Assist with new employee orientation process.
    12. Participate in office HSSE inspections.
    13. Participate on internal auditing team.
    14. Maintain departmental office supplies.
    15. Assist with submitting of expense reports.
    16. Assist with travel planning.
    17. Other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills Abilities:

    1. Expert user level in Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
    2. Intermediate user level in Microsoft PowerPoint, and Visio programs.
    3. Intermediate user level in web based applications.
    4. Office records organization.
    5. Review documents and forms for accuracy and grammar.
    6. Produce timely and accurate results under time pressure and within deadlines.
    7. Ability to interact at all levels of organization.
    8. Plan and manage work in a efficient manner.
