•Work directly with Controller and Assistant Controller in completing essential accounting/finance functions of the company.
•Perform accounting tasks and reviews to aid management and operational personnel in making sound business decisions.
•Assist in completion of the full accounting cycle including: posting and closing monthly ledgers, and supporting tasks for submitting monthly reporting items to the corporate office.
•Consider both the local plant management and the corporate office as the primary "customers."

•Assist in month-end closing procedures including:

oGeneral Journal entry
oFixed Asset management including additions, disposals, and depreciation
oBank reconciliations
oAccount roll-forwards and sub-ledger reconciliations
oAssistance in other aspects of closing of the books and records in accordance with US GAAP
oElectronically submitting the monthly financial statements to Hyperion for consolidation by the Corporate office

•Perform and support day-to-day accounting operations including:  

oSales Tax Review and support for Sales Processing Team
oUse Tax Review and support for AP
oPositive Pay/Cash Management support for AR and AP
oAR collection efforts
oAccount coding review
oReview and posting inventory adjustments

•Assist in maintaining accounting controls
•Assist with intercompany invoicing between the Forum locations
