- Develop and implement strategies for the detailed design, procurement, construction , commissioning and drilling of the Oil Field development
- Develop plans (schedules), cost estimates, economic proposals and FMs for Oil Field development to obtain approval from relevant approving authorities (from VP to Board of Directors as appropriate).
- Manage design, procurement, construction, drilling and commissioning contractors to ensure completion of Oil Field development on time and within budget and in compliance with design and all regulatory approvals.
- Manage and  integrate subsurface, drilling, SCM, HSE, engineering and operating functions within the Suzun project team to deliver the  Oil Field development within cost and schedule and meeting safety and regulatory requirements
- Approve selection of suppliers and contractors for the project to meet project objectives.
- Provide reports to management on the financial and physical progress of the Oil Field development project
- Manage interfaces and synergies of the project with Company's operations activities including financial payments, field depletion planning, regulatory compliance, HSE, SCM and logistics.
- Manage interfaces and synergies of the project with
other oil & gas Company's Projects.
- Manage interface and compliance of the Project  with corporate centre functional groups and processes (IG, HSE, HR etc)

- Degree in an engineering or oil and gas related discipline.
- 15 years minimum experience in project management of oil and gas field developments. Previous experience of managing a western engineering contractor and in use of western project management practices e.g. planning , scheduling, contracting.
- Project management qualification -PMI (project Management Institute) or equivalent
- Strong leader with good communication, leadership and motivational skills and high safety awareness
- Fluent Russian, ideally also good English but limited English acceptable
- Ability to use PC and prepare presentations and management reports.
