 Development Team Leader / Manager
Large National Operator
Sakhalin - Russia
$14-18,000 Gross plus Generous Package
Your role as Subsurface Director / Development Team Leader will be to take charge of all Subsurface activity for one offshore field. This will include, but not restricted to, Reservoir Engineering, Production Technology, Geology, Completions, Field Development etc. You should have a Reservoir / Petroleum Engineering background but a good knowledge of all aspects of Subsurface activity.
You will manage all day to day activity concerning Field Development and be the technical go to person regarding the field. You will develop and implement Maturation Plans, and oversee Subsurface Value Realisation activities. Your team will consist of 3 senior managers reporting directly to you. Under then is a further team of 25 professionals.
Initially you will work with the outgoing director then overtake his position in 6 to 9 months.
In order to qualify you must display the following:
- Education and Experience in Field Development
- Fluent in Russian, Proficient in English
- Previous Leadership / Managerial experience
- Experience in Western / international environments
- Valid Russian passport / work permit
