Job Description:
Continuous Improvement Manager

Client company is a global leader in the O&G service industry. Openings are in the supply chain department of the manufacturing division, which manufactures O&G tooling and equipment. This position will be a key member of the management team. Responsible for driving change through leadership skills with manufacturing teams using Lean Six Sigma methodology. Looking for candidates with experience in leading and managing change and leading teams in a manufacturing environment. Looking for O&G tooling or equipment manufacturing, Automotive manufacturing,  Aerospace manufacturing or heavy metals manufacturing. Looking for problem solver and someone to improve manufacturing processes, but NOT TOO ENGINEERING. Seeking Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma, Green or Black belt or equivalent methodology and how to implement in a manufacturing environment. Engineering degree preferred, but not required.

Requires: Degree, 12+ years experience in manufacturing and quality environments (O&G tooling or equipment preferred, but not required), manufacturing operations leadership and lean six sigma transformational background.  Requires 5+ years lean manufacturing management experience.

Salary based on experience (range is $100,000-120,000 USD), plus bonus. Excellent benefits and long term career opportunity.
