K2 Specialist Services Pte Ltd provides technical services including training, inspection, construction, maintenance and repair services to the oil and gas industry throughout the Asia Pacific, Central Asia, South America and the Middle East. Specialised equipment and personnel allow us to apply our expertise to the upstream, downstream and marine sectors with equal degrees of quality and efficiency. Operating from our office in Singapore we are seeking a suitable, qualified candidate as follows :-
Reporting to the Group General Manager you will be responsible for the overall client liaison and development of the IRM (Inspection, Repair & Maintenance - FPSO Department). You will also be responsible for the IRM department team, currently consisting of a Project Manager, Projects Coordinator, NDT Manager and a Naval Architect while receiving Operational and general departmental support.
Minimum Requirements
• Successful and proven track record of Business Development and people management
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Regional experience a must
• Ability to work independently and travel as and when required
• Thorough knowledge of Inspection, Repair, Maintenance, FPSO and Rope Access within the industry
Previous experience with Class Surveys/Hull Repairs, Topside Inspections & Asset Integrity Management on FPSO's is a MUST.
Workscope
• Maintain an existing client base and its client relationships
• Source new clients/contacts and build relationships to support K2's project growth
• Monitor global and regional trends
