•Coordinate and develop the design and implementation of processes, organization, training and metrics necessary to sustain the backbone solution on an ongoing basis
•Operate sustain solution, including oversight of exceptions management, user management processes and service level agreements, gathering & monitoring sustain metrics
•Support and monitor the implementation of the sustain model, including process and roles & responsibilities in regions and functions as part of their deployment of the Backbone solution
•Collaborate with various process and functional owners to ensure standard sustain services across multiple regions
•Develop deep end to end understanding of Backbone sustain services and their connections to Backbone process areas
•Develop agenda and content for sustain community of practice and steward monthly meetings
•Facilitate virtual meetings globally with regional and functional stakeholders
•Deliver in-person and virtual training on sustain services, standards and templates

•Experience in designing and implementing process and organizational change
•Project management expertise
•Experience in at least one of the backbone sustain services: process management, solutions governance, data management, system management, knowledge & communication management, training management, user administration, exception management, SLA management, workflow administration, vendor relationship management
•Experience in supporting integrated solution operating on standard process, data, roles and systems
•Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to network effectively across a diverse set of stakeholders, and influence through persuasion, not delegation
•A self-starter able to make decisions and progress initiatives independently and in an environment where information may be limited
•Well developed critical thinking skills, including the ability to communicate ideas both concisely and persuasively
•Experience developing and delivering training programmes to system, process, and data owners

•Experience in at least one of the Backbone process areas of: work management, materials management, purchase to pay and finance processes
•Experience in backbone solution technologies: Maximo, SAP
•Experience in using SharePoint
