Job Description:
SUMMARY
Directs and coordinates all activities of the Pennsylvania district by performing the following duties personally or through
subordinate supervisors.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Plans Service and Rentals operations, establishes priorities and sequences for providing the Customer with Manpower and Equipment in remote locations.
    • Reviews production and operating events and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems that could adversely affect the performance of the Customer's equipment.
    • Directs project labor and material budgeting, service quality control, equipment scheduling and internal/external training programs.
    • Focuses on efficiencies in the service process including but not limited to: installation, operations, maintenance and logistics support; support new product prototyping, and field testing of Canrig equipment.
    • Ensures cross-functional information flow to marketing, engineering, operations, quality, and any other department.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manages subordinates, Assistant Manager, and field coordinators who supervise teams of technicians in the installation, operation, and maintenance of Canrig equipment.
    • Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these teams.
    • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
    • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems, and ultimately satisfying our customers.
    • Has direct profit and loss responsibility for the district.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • College degree or 5 years management experience in a related field (Drilling Systems, Electrical Systems, Electronics Systems, Mechanical Systems).
    • MBA preferred.
    • Requires minimum 2 years work experience with oilfield capital
    • equipment or oilfield services.
