• This position is responsible for project development and execution activities to include project scope, budgeting, completing the appropriation process, writing bid contracts, creating drawing packages and coordinating construction and commissioning
• Provide technical leadership and consulting for a district consisting of 6-8 gas processing facilities with the objective of optimization and troubleshooting
• Technical review of operating system and identify and develop projects and/or programs with the objective of optimization and/or growth
• Project management of small, medium and large projects including new, grass roots processing facilities
• Coordination and leadership for all phases of projects including scope, cost estimating, design, land, labor contracting, procurement, cost & schedule tracking, inspection, construction and startup activities
• Enterprise consulting and project management outside the district will also be required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience
• Must have a strong background in natural gas processing, treating & dehydration design and plant optimization / troubleshooting
• Require experience with MS Office Suite; specifically: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
• Prefer experience with BR&E ProMax
• Ability to work with and manage a diverse group of field and professionals
• Ability to work independent and completely self directed
