• Handles all aspects of engineering design work and conducts pipe cross section design / analysis for proposals and projects. Performs FFRP pipe design and stress analysis in accordance with: API 17J, API 17B, DNV OS C501
• Conducts Riser System configuration and riser and flowline system installation analysis. Specifies ancillary equipment and review drawings.
• Prepares Bills of Material, and implements engineering change notices as needed. Prepares customer-ready reports including design premise, design, and analysis reports using report templates documenting the result of engineering and analysis work to customer. Prepares documentation providing instructions to manufacturing and procurement for pipe/end fitting/ancillary equipment/packaging.

• MSc or PhD. in Mechanical or Structural Engineering with 3-5 years relative experience required.
• Working knowledge of Finite Element analysis software (ABAQUS/ANSYS) is required and working knowledge of OrcaFlex is preferred
• SURF experience is preferred
• Knowledge and experiences with composite materials are preferred
