We are currently recruiting for several Sr. Sales Engineers selling Fracturing Services for our premier and exclusive client, who is a North American leader in the oilfield services industry. SUMMARY:
The Sr. Sales Engineer will represent the company's Fracturing Service Line and will be responsible for achieving and growing the sales revenue and profitability goals within the United States.
Along with technical, organizational and customer knowledge, the Sales Engineer will understand the customers' needs and offer exceptional and innovative solutions designed by the company specific to the clients drilling and well applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct weekly sales forecasting activities to project revenue, proposals generated, jobs acquired, equipment utilization, market trends and competition.
• Work closely and collaboratively with management team to set sales strategies for customer visits, with operations, and with other Service line Sales Engineers.
• Represent the company at trade association meetings, conferences and professional associations.
• Participate in weekly meetings with corporate and field team and managers (Operations, Business Unit Leaders and Product Managers).
• Conduct sales forecasting activities to project revenue, proposals generated, jobs acquired, equipment utilization, market trends and competition.
• Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the current oilfield market to ensure understanding.
REQUIREMENTS:
• BS in Engineering or related relevant work experience is required.
• 5+ years oilfield services strategic sales experience in fracturing, cementing, acidizing, or pumping is required.
• Ability to travel (planned and/or short notice) at a minimum of 40% using air transportation or driving.
• Exceptional client servicing and relationship development skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills (verbally & written).
• Experience selling to E&P companies, drilling and/or completions Engineers.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
