Job Description:
A. JOB SUMMARY

The Wireline Electronic/Instrumentation Technician Cased Hole is responsible for providing skilled work in the assembly, troubleshooting, installation, repair, operation, and maintenance of electronic equipment, cables and systems.

B. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Follows TES Inc.'s business objectives as outlined in the Business Management System (BMS).
    • Ensures compliance with the TES Competence Assurance System.
    • Performs duties according to the documented Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Management System, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Place Instructions, and HSSE policies.
    • Coordinate and maintain all documentation with the sale of radiation for international and internal customers.
    • Provides skilled work in the assembly, installation, repair, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of electronic equipment and systems.
    • Performs preventative maintenance functions as directed.
    • Maintains Company required maintenance records.
    • Troubleshoots boards to component level.
    • Wires up assembly to prints.
    • Tracks materials used for projects.
    • Submits orders for needed materials.
    • Assists and trains other technical level employees.

D. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role does not assume any supervisory duties.

E. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Technical Associates Degree with up to two (2) years of experience.  Knowledge of systems integration and assembly.  Ability to read schematics and wiring lists and diagrams.  Strong technical ability and attention to detail.  Strong organizational skills with an ability to establish priorities, and proceed with objectives without supervision.  Strong interpersonal skills including effective oral and written communication skills.  Safety oriented.

F. WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed in an office environment, climate controlled.  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.  Must be able to operate hand and power tools.  Some travel may be required.
