OPPORTUNITY PRESENTATION
CREWING MANAGER (PERSONNEL MANAGER)

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
* The position will be responsible for the recruitment of maritime talent for marine offshore vessels. It is an integral part in the retention of quality talent and growth of the company
* Seeks for qualified mariners for the fleet of self-propelled and vessels including Dynamic Position capable vessels in different regions
* Establishes and maintain:
o Performance standards and Key Performance Indicators to ensure the well-run of the marine organization
o Vessel qualification standards and specific training accord with domestic and international standards, clients, associations, company, flag, and port state control requirements
o By the understanding of domestic and international training, standards and regulations to ensure current, proposed, and pending maritime rules are met
o Update the training and certification records of all crew members cooperated with Vessel Managers/DPAs
* Manage:
o Records, training, licensing, and qualifications for company marine personnel worldwide. Develop and promulgate vessel crewing policy, establish objectives and standards, and prescribe a plan for upward and/or lateral mobility of marine crews
o Licensing upgrades and coordinates with US Coast Guard and other flag state licensing officials
o 3rd party crewing and management companies
* Works with travel department to ensure logistical support for maritime employee transit to and from vessels, training, and other vessel crew required travel
COMMUNITY
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
* 8 years of maritime experience
* Licensed Mariner
* Crewing experience is a plus
* BS degree or equivalent experience
