 Swift is looking for a Project Facilities Engineering Team Lead to work with our client in Angola.
The person selected for this position will be required to work on a residentail status for the duration of the position, working 5 days a week, 8-9 hours a day.
Brief Statement of job purpose:
Directs the development of the facilities engineering function of the project. Supervises a staff of 11 engineering level personnel. Staff encompasses 3 Expatriate Engineers and 8 Angolan National Engineering personnel. Expatriate staff will be phased out over a specified time as national employees gain experience in providing project and facilities engineering services to the operating a plant. Provide project/facilities engineering technical support for plant/facility design and operation to optimize processes & operations of the facilities within the framework and concepts of Incident Free Operations. Provide project management support for projects plant operations with a broad scope of responsibilities in design, construction, maintenance, major turnarounds, and modification of plant facilities. This support may include early concept development, contracting strategy, reliability, pipelines, materials & corrosion, electric power, civil/structural, fixed and rotating mechanical equipment, and instrumentation & controls.
Requirements:
10-15 years of Oil and Gas experience.
5 years of LNG experience.
Experience both on the project side and hands on experience.
Facilities Engineer Experience.
