 Swift is looking for an Engineering Discipline Coordinator to work in Angola, Africa for a duration of 3-4 years.
Key Responsiblities include:
The Discipline Coordinator will be responsible for: 1) training and development within the supply chain function to ensure organizational capability commensurate with operational requirements; 2) the introduction of the latest in supply chain philosophies, approaches, strategies, etc. as applicable to operations in Angola.
Develop and maintain a sustainable learning and development program that will continue to advance the skills of the Angolan workforce, preparing them for increased levels of responsibility.
Remain current on trends in supply chain management to ensure that the latest tools are available for deployment with in the organization as appropriate.
Mentor specific individuals in the supply chain function to increase skill levels in identified focus areas or deficiencies.
As assigned by the Supply Chain Manager, assist in the implementation of programs and projects to better position the function within the organization.
Coordinate departmental reporting for the entire function.
Organize events and activities across the supply chain to promote interaction across the function.
Engineering Degree REQUIRED! LNG experience REQUIRED!
25 Years of Plant experience.
