An International Operating Company with a long history in Kazakhstan.
US Super Major led Project
Role:
Need to provide leadership for all the operations and maintenance department activities such as Operations Assurance (OA) Operations and Maintenance Philosophy and Plan.
System completion, prioritization, shut-down and start-up plans.
Serve as key interface between the Project and Operations/Maintenance, OPS has the Delegation of Authority to speak on behalf of either group
Provide operations and maintenance leadership to ensure all project activities lead to a safe design, construction, and incident free shutdown and startup of operational facilities
Ensure the project design meets all Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) Analysis (based on design release P&IDs and detailed equipment layout), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA),
Management of Change (MOC's) and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) requirements, this includes ensuring recommendation resolutions are acceptable to operations and maintenance.
Develop and implement plans in order to establish a fully functional Operations Group that supports the project requirements.

Experience:
At least fifteen (15) years experience in project, operation, and commissioning support. Refinery and or field operations experience required.
At least five (5) years experience managing and planning (lead role) pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
At least three (3) years experience using project completion management process software such as WinPCS, Falcon Global (Zenator or Pathmaker), or equal.
Good people skills with the ability to work with multi-national workforce.
Good written and verbal communication skills to present reports to management and team members.
University Degree or Certification from City and Guilds Institute of London or equivalent.
Salary:
28 / 28 rotational role camp based (Modern facility)
