A key client of Hays Oil and Gas currently has an opportunity for a Senior Petrophysicist to join their office in South East England on a staff basis.
They are an international Upstream Oil and Gas service company, operating numerous join ventures with state owned operating companies. This opportunity is working in their Integrated and Technical Solutions Subsurface team which focuses on solutions for mature fields rejuvenation/optimization.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience at a senior level working with an upstream operator or oilfield services company. The projects are international and experience working on multiple assets in international markets is preferable.
You will be able to work independently in an integrated study team to deliver dynamic subsurface modelling as input to asset valuation , and development of work programmes and budgets.
You will have a degree in Petroleum Engineering, Natural Science, Mathematics or Mechanical Engineering and have extensive experience in well logging and well log interpretation.
