• Experience with contractual and commercial sections of Invitation to Tender documents together with input to Scope of Work and other sections of the ITT package.
• Ability to perform commercial evaluation/contractual evaluation of tenderers proposals and formulate recommendations for contract award.
• Have strong negotiating skills.
• Work closely with other departments; legal, insurance, technical etc.
• Prepare contract documents taking into consideration qualification raised during the tendering process.
• Experience in follow on tasks after contract award such as managing all contractual and commercial matters including preparation of change orders, review and pricing of contractor claims for additional compensation.
• Willingness to participate in overseas assignments and overseas business trips.
• Able to operate in a team environment.
• Experience on multi discipline offshore EPC projects.
• Deep water experience an advantage.
• 15-20 years of industry and procurement experience is preferred.
