Role Synopsis The Field Operator will be responsible for loading and unloading the vehicle by lifting and pulling 4" inch hoses, swivels pup joints weighing 75 pounds and 15 foot, 3 inch pipes to connect to equipment. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities - Responsible for operation of equipment / Maintaining job logs
- Recording technical data, instructions from client, deviations to specifications, loss and or damage
- Ensure that all auxiliary and service equipment is maintained and classified ready for use
- Report all accidents, incidents or unsafe conditions and takes all necessary steps to prevent accidental damage to property, plant, equipment or the environment
- Ensure full awareness of and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant Company/customer Safety Handbooks, safety procedures and emergency procedures
Basic Qualifications - High school graduate or any equivalent combination of training and experience
- Mechanical Engineering Aptitude
- Technical Background
- Ability to work flexible work schedule
- Full knowledge of pumps, boosters, air compressors, dehydration plants and commissioning unit
- Full knowledge of launching and receiving pigs
- Commercial Drivers License with Hazmat endorsement
- Operates equipment in accordance with Safety and other company procedures
- Rig-up of equipment and hook-up to existing client/site facilities
Other Details - 12 hours shift working in all weather condition.
- 100% travel to different job sites
