JOB TITLE: DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC INTEGRATION LOCATION: HOUSTON (SAN ANTONIO) ROLE SYNOPSIS: Key leadership position that leads cross product line teams in business development efforts for the Southeast area. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES - Works directly with both area operations and sales teams on maximizing relationships with customers and increasing Business opportunities in collaboration with others, frames up action plans for increasing sales revenue, achieving sales goals, responding to customer challenges and opportunities.
- Articulates the vision in a way that facilitates its transformation to an operational reality.
- Creates and monitors plans, specifications or designs that guide individual and teams, product or process development activities.
- Applies or leads the application of innovative ideas and systems to create a business or organizational advantage.
- Creates business, organizational or operational solutions or performance improvement initiatives by designing, developing and delivering specific processes, systems, tools, events and products intended to add value.
- Exercises direction and management to direct reports.
- Oversees controls and allocates resources and budgetary expenditures and ensures accountabilities and compliance work-related policies and procedures of direct reports.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's Degree required.
- 12+ years industry sales experience.
- Sales management experience preferred.
OTHER DETAILS - Travel at least 15% of the time, with the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Ability to work in either an office or field environment.
