Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Establish and maintain SharePoint site for Pressure Pumping Standards and Best Practices development and updating.
- Coordinate with Product line SMEs to update Stimulation, Coiled Tubing and Cementing SOP's.
- Work with Technology group where Standards need to be updated to support Pressure Pumping at the operational level.
- Coordinate Standard Practice documents into the Baker Hughes systems that will be hosting or delivering these to users. Assist with coordinating the required translations for standard practices.
- Support the Standards department with other projects as needed.
- Assures that all products and processes represent the desired quality, safety, efficiency and reliability levels.
- Works to maintain the established overall program design for the quality function.
- Works closely with the QA team and internal customers within the organization to keep ISO Compliance.
- May plan and monitor QC staff at satellite locations with guidance from supervisor/manager.
- May provide training to subordinates.
- Set up other sites (laboratory, blog for Stim) which will require a process
- Handles special projects, as assigned
Basic Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 2+yrs experience of industry experience
- Understanding of processes, industry standards and technologies as they relate to division's product lines.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Understands ISO quality systems
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Good verbal and writing skills.
- Basic technical skills.
- Good problem solving skills with a drive for results.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Ability to build peer relationships as well as work independently.
