Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Develops and maintains competency maps and qualifications for all functions within the product segments
- Works with curriculum manager to assist in the creation of on-the-job training (OJT) guides and workplace assessments
- Validates assessment instruments against competency maps
- Supports Field Career Development Managers (FCDM), Field Assessors and Competency Assurance Managers (CAM) to ensure consistent quality of the workplace assessments
- Work with other training facilities outside of the U.S.
- Some International travel required.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Technical Support Engineer or above, minimum T-CAP 3 or equivalent.
Well versed in Pressure Pumping technical knowledge, Standards, and Practices (stimulation, cementing, or coiled tubing).
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
