Role Synopsis Baker Hughes offers opportunities for qualified people who want to grow in our high performance organization. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Baker Hughes team supporting our Supply Chain Department located at our Houston Technology Centre at Rankin Road, Houston, TX. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities Under general direction, conducts and documents complex financial analysis projects, generating executive summaries of outsourced efforts. Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions and other areas. Performs economic research work and prepares analysis of subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investment and financial and expense performance comparisons. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent with 6+ years' experience or Master's Degree. Experience with buyer, planner, and industrial engineer processes Experience with business intelligence tools for manufacturing, pricing, quoting, sales orders, materials master, and invoicing systems (SAP, MRP) Working knowledge of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Previous process experience in Manufacturing and Contract Manufacturing Outsourcing Generate reports on Supply Chain efforts, tracking results of orders and delivery. Verify the efforts of Supply Chain are profitable and make recommendations for improvement. Interact with internal Baker Hughes teams and Vendors. Verify vendor costs against purchase orders to ensure accuracy. Handles special projects, as assigned. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Desired/Preferred Qualifications CPA preferred Experience with Oracle Hyperion financial software desired. 5 years' experience with SAP within the logistics modules (Purchasing, Inventory Management, MRP, Production and Accounting), strongly desired. Experience with SharePoint at an Intermediate level, preferred.
