Job Profile
An opportunity has arisen within Baker Hughes to join the Billing team in a rotator capacity of 6/3 in Iraq. Working within an established team you will be responsible for;
-Monitoring and reconciling job tickets to field job data
-Maintaining SAP job data and preparing customer invoices efficiently and entering these correctly onto the software
-Verifying information, maintaining files and assisting in the preparation of reports \
-Communicating with internal & external customers
-Coordinating accounting needs with other departments or locations
-Handling special projects, as assigned
-Checking contract information to ensure pricing is correct
-Handling a small amount of sales order processing
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a rotation position who wants to gain more experience in a Global business. To apply for this role you MUST have experience within Billings / Accounts Receivable. SAP knowledge is extremely advantageous.
