General Overview:
Promote the sales of company products to assigned national accounts.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify key business drivers: key clients, high exposure clients, high/low margins projects/clients and develop strategies to minimize risk and maximize business profitability
  • Establish long term business and professional relationship with our clients and become a reference point in terms of service & product quality and cost effective solutions.
  • Contribute with revenue forecasting and in the planning of operations to guarantee the continuity of operations and product/service delivery on time to our customers.
  • Informs customers of supply and price trends.
  • Keeps informed on new products and on general information of interest to customers.
  • Assists in training of new Salesmen.
  • Prepares sales reports, assist forecasts and special reports.
  • Supports the Company sales efforts by calling on major customer
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Work relief as needed.
  • Assist with on rig site supervision of drill bits and motors on high visibility runs (eg. new customer, new products, trial runs)
  • Makes collection calls as required.
  • Observe safety regulations, wear all required safety equipment, encourage safe working practices, correct obvious hazards immediately or reports them to supervisors.
  • Desired Skills:
    Experience and Education:
    Educational Requirements: College Degree in Technical or Marketing, or High School with extensive oilfield operations and sales experience.
    Work Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years in oilfield sales and service with some administrative background.

    Job Requirements:
    - This position will require some travel
    - Clean driving licence

    - Working hours are as necessary
