 1. ORGANIZATION SUMMARY
This is an exciting opportunity to join Weatherford Drilling International, the contract drilling division of Weatherford International.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Country Manager, this position will direct and control all operational functions of the designated rigs including safety, drilling, moving, maintenance and coordination of all phases of the rig's operations.

3. QUALIFICATIONS
• A valid IWCF Well Control Certificate-Supervisor level
• Minimum 2 years experience as onshore Rig Superintendent,
• Good Project Management skills
• Solid understanding of the rig HSE Systems
• Minimum 12 years in the Drilling Industry or 5 years if university graduate.
