• Oversee Quality Assurance and successful completion of wells and offer input on Standard Operating Procedures to Management and direct supervisor.
• To include planning, material/equipment QAQC and pre/post job evaluation and success determination of field performance and crews.
• Responsible for the collaboration and recording of well data and treatment information, real-time in the field and the timely and prompt delivery of these reports to management post job.
• Primarily responsible for successful job quality of all backside equipment and operations including fluids, proppant and coordination of such items in conjunction with field office/supply chain supervisors.
• Will serve as acting technical supervisor on site and will work laterally with Service Supervisor to assure safe and efficient completion of wells.
• Responsible for review of ticketed revenue and job packets from field operations prior to final review performed by immediate supervisor.
• Monthly and Quarterly budgetary review with Falcon Manager and Mid-level managers of Falcon service lines to include cost savings analysis with heavy emphasis on budgetary planning through P&L evaluation.
• Identify opportunities for increased efficiency in completion/field operations practices.  Focus on value added techniques that balance safety with increased productivity.
• Work with Field Supervisors, Service Supervisors and Completions team to coordinate best practices and ensure accurate and efficient flow of information.

• BS in Engineering or 2+ years field experience, multiple fields of engineering are acceptable.  

• Proven track record of competencies and accomplishments with previous employers with specific experience in tight gas/liquids producing reservoirs.
• Experience in Completions/Operations with theoretical and field application in high pressure reservoirs.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Fracturing Service Industry or equivalent experience with exposure to either Coil Tubing or Wireline completions.
• Fluids background, including gels, acids, QAQC.
• Proven record of Leadership with heavy emphasis on team building and management philosophies.
• Willing to operate in high-stress, long hour environments to include night shifts and flexible schedules.
• Must be computer literate with efficiency in Microsoft Excel and data capture for reservoir software programs...FracCAT, Myers, StimPlan, FracView, ect.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to locate in Laredo or San Antonio area.
