 Head of Drilling Operations - Aktau - Kazakhstan - International Operator
Ex-pat or Local position: Fantastic international opportunity.
We are especially interested in candidates from the Middle East, Europe and North America
From $12,000 Net pm, plus accommodation and package: All Salary Packages depending on experience.
The Role:
- Lead a team of Drilling Superintendents
- Report Directly to Drilling Manager
- Review Well Proposals
- Optimize Drilling Operations
- Advise on HSE, Technical & Operational Issues
The Person:
- Proven track record in Drilling and Kazakhstan
- Knowledge of Well Design, Well Control, Muds, Completion
- Good communication and People Managing Skills
- Strong Understanding of Petroleum Engineering
My Client, an international operator, is looking for a Head of Drilling Operations to lead their Drilling Operations for their development activities. You will be based in Aktau and will play a key role in taking the company's landbased operation to the next level.
The company is currently in the second phase of its development and is heavily involved in Field Development and will be drilling several dozen vertical wells. It will be your responsibility to drive this change.
