A globally recognised oilfields service company are expanding their team within South America and a key objective in 2012 is to secure an Experienced Business Development professional to work in the Environmental Solutions Production Division.
This division focuses on the pressure control business which includes product lines in well-testing services and equipment, frac flowback processing/handling services and well control equipment sales, including chokes, mud gas separators and high pressure manifolds.
While this role is primarily one focused on business development there maybe also times when you will be asked to take a degree of responsibility for coordinating operations. As a Senior BDM in this area you will: -
• Identify potential markets for the companies pressure control products and services.
• Operate within the confines of the Company's management (Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental) system.
• Specifically, by regions, work and liaise with and between the regional managers & Business Director to determine the best introduction success of the company's products.
• Lead as the primary point of contact for ESP and the Area
• Provide sales & technical support to RVP's, Regional ES Managers & Country Managers via job planning and reporting.
• Introduce product line (internal & external), where required, interview, hire, train & instruct local personnel in ESP applications and implementation.
• Develop and execute Regional Business Plans.
• Work with manufacturing to optimise Supply Chain economics.
• Assist Regional Managers in developing an annual Business Plan for the ESP product line. Implement and report progress to management on a quarterly basis.
My client is looking for someone with 10 years + experience within management, operations or sales in either Well-testing, Pressure control, drilling fluids or environmental solutions.
