 Coordinate and ensure, for multidisciplinary works, liaison between piping, structure, E/I, painting and other project activities.
 Anticipate ITV works to ensure a consistent personnel mobilisation and avoid interface issues between different activities
 Ensure quality of service in the preparation and execution of assigned tasks, in compliance with Company and international specification while optimizing cost and lead times to meet production priorities.
 Coordinate the interfaces between all ITV activities and other entities on site
 Control and report logistic of all ITV Contractors and associated ITV supervision teams
 Point of contact for the Field Operation (DB17), related to POB
 Elaborate with Field Operation the ITV work priorities and report these priorities to ITV superintendent.
 Ensure and comment each documents associated to the works permits (Work procedure, ARO, RLO, ROC, etc)

- To closely follow-up each ITV Contractor mobilisation, planning and logistic
- In case of mobilisation change or deviation, to analyse and propose a solution immediately to ITV Superintendent
- To anticipate potential problems and liaise with ITV Superintendent and Field Operation to find a solution
- To closely follow-up each ITV Contractor planning and make regular meeting with Contractors to ensure the planning consistency
- To call onshore Project Manager on a weekly basis to forecast any planning or mobilization change
- To elaborate and monitor a general planning for ITV works on Site
- To identify and assess deviations from plan, scope change / growth and any other relevant factors that may arise and advise assigned project personnel accordingly
- To analyse trends and identify areas of concern / opportunities for improvement and address accordingly.
- To participate to regular progress coordination and shutdown preparation meetings.
- To optimise Contractor resources / efficiency to meet planning milestones and deadlines.
- To maintain files and records for review by Company auditors.
- To issue feed back report on important projects.

- Planning of site works to maximise efficiency of ITV works.
- To advise and guide ITV on site as per Company‟s policy.
- Generates alternative approaches and initiates solutions and creativity.
- Coordinate and follow-up numerous activities in diverse areas simultaneously.
- Coordinates and follow-up any kind of work (painting, blasting, cleaning, degreasing, scaffolding, etc) executed by Contractors on FPSO and buoy installations, in order to prevent interfaces issues.
- Knows perfectly each work and its priority to better assess the interface solutions and POB priorities

Designee in a supervisory or leading position is accountable to his Manager for the implementation of the HSEMS within his/her area of responsibility.
As such his/her duties and areas of authority are:

- To participate to job meetings and HSE meetings (RLO, ROC, ARO, ADC.) keeping in mind company HSE rules
- To respect and ensure compliance with HSE rules
- Report any incident or anomaly
- To be up-t-date with all training and HSE certificates required by the department and the site (Medical Certificate, BST,HUET, SIP, )
- To participate in the technical operational analysis, audits and inspections.

- Ensuring the Contractors management is fully conversant with Company rules and procedures.
- Participate to the job „Risk Assessment‟ process.
- Ensuring compliance with Company rules, procedures and instructions and applicable legislation.
- Assuring themselves that the Contractor is fully conversant with Risk Assessment and the precautions to mitigate that risk.
- Exercising such caution as is necessary to cancel any operation if found not to comply with requirements or be a danger to personnel or the asset.

- Give clear and concise instructions and information to Contractors within his area of authority.
- Participating in HSE Committees
- Follow-up on any incident, anomaly, unsafe act, near miss, damage, spill, injury or unprofessional behaviour.
- Notify HSE on accidents, incidents and near-misses and ensure follow-up recommendations are implemented.
- Participate to Cause Tree Analysis as a means to identify root cause of accidents or incidents; initiating corrective remedial action as result of findings of investigations.

- Relieving Contractor from their duties in the case of non-compliance or violation of standards, Company Rules, Procedures, Instructions, and applicable legislation.
- Suspending activities when there is a potential or actual threat to human life, the installation or the Environment.
